This notice explains what information this website collects, why, where it is kept and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
Contigo is a marketing agency based on Mosul Erbil Road, Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. For any question about this notice or your information, write to [email protected].
What the contact form collects
Your name, company, email, phone number, the service you need and your message. The form is received by the Contigo web server and sent by email to the Contigo team. We use it to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
What the careers form collects
Your email, phone number, city, the role you are applying for, a LinkedIn or portfolio link and your CV file. We use it only to assess you for current and future roles at Contigo.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Enquiries, applications and CVs are sent by email to the Contigo team and a copy is kept on the Contigo web server in a private folder that cannot be reached from the internet. Only Contigo staff and the technical team that maintains the server can access them. CVs are never published, shared with clients or sold.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of our work for that client.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
Cookies
The public website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is governed by Google's own privacy policy. The Work page shows videos from Contigo's Instagram account; Instagram may set its own cookies when those videos load, under Instagram's privacy policy.
